I am an online seller of what some call "gift items", but mostly there are home and garden decor, household items and jewelry. I try to keep an large assortment of items in my stores. Currently I have four stores so keeping the inventory fresh and up to date can sometimes be tedious, at best.
I have learned to not only blog, but how to set one up. This is pretty much my first real attempt at blogging.
I am what is known as a "dropshipper", you buy from me, I order your merchandise and it is shipped directly to you, I personally never have you merchandise in my hands. Oh I may have one like it, but not the one you purchased. I sell at Your High Bid, Bonanza, Atomic Market and BluJay, so you see I have lots to do.
My favorite site to sell on is a small, yet growing site, Your High Bid (YHB). Jewelrygirl123 aka Patti, recently purchased it and the sister site My Corner Network (MCN), so there has been much transitioning going on. Needless to say due to technical problems those two sites were down for a couple of weeks. She has them back up and running smoothly now, looking better than ever. Jewelrygirl123 has a couple of other sites, so she is always busy keeping everything straight and running smoothly.
If you are a seller or buyer I encourage you to stop by MCN, as it is a social network for sellers and buyers. It does not matter where you sell, MCN is a way to reach out to others. You can start a group there for the site you sell on. You can list a sampling of your wares in the Market Place or blog about something you are interested in. Who knows maybe you will renew old friendships, and I am positive you will make new friends
Right now I have several items listed at discounted prices at YHB, some are discontinued, or just at a discounted price. My supplier is pretty generous with the discounts, so I pass them on to you, the customer. A lot of the time it is about 50% off the retail price.
So now you have know what I am doing most of the time I am on the internet. I am building my retirement job, lol.

ReplyDeleteI read this post when you first added it and thought to myself you are so lucky to have a real talent of writing. I do hope to read more posts from you soon.I know you have a lot of other online stuff that can be very time consuming but none of them can give you the chance to fulfill your love of writing .
